Terms & Conditions:
- Clothes sold in charmz_closet are imported from China, Hong Kong and Korea
- Any enquiries about any product, please feel free to email us at: charmz_closet@yahoo.com.sg
- Payment mode to be in POSB/DBS bank transfer within 3 working days after confirmation. Deposit of SGD10 is necessary for Preorder items
- Strictly no meet ups unless bulky items and at seller's convenience

Postal Delivery
- All buyers are responsible for all postage charges unless otherwise stated.
- Normal Mail: $1.50
- Registered Mail: $2.50
- Please take note that charmz_closet will not be responsible for any lost of items
- Buyers undertake all responsibility for damage and loss of items sent by post.

- Strictly no bargaining
- Once we have receive your payment, no changes is allowed [meaning only adding items is allowed only]
- Goods sold are non refundable and non exchangeable
